We select fresh eggs produced only by the prime, 25-80 week-old hens. Such golden eggs have perfect concentration in their whites with nutrition superior to that of other fresh eggs. We have completed a food traceability system that recorded the details of chicks, breeding, epidemic prevention, feeding, production and marketing. On the eggs, we spray-print the production and expiration date. (For the best freshness, refrigeration at 34~41K is good for 60 days, 41~54Kfor 30days, 54~77KC for 15days.)
