Washing and Selection Process of Shih An Farm Animal Friendly Egg

The “Shih An Farm Animal Friendly Eggs” are washed and selected by the Dutch MOBA PX350 fully automatic computerized washing machine that ensures the tightly controlled washing and selection process after eggs are sent from the Farm automatically via the conveyor belt. Shih An Farm follows the “Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation” to ensure that operational personnel, sites, facilities, and quality assurance system are in compliance with the “Enforcement Rules of the of Act Governing Good Sanitation of Foods” including food safety management system, food safety protection, machinery equipment operation, washing and selection processes, and CCP control and management.
